Booking and diagnostic
You book a repair online. We inspect the device and send a quote before proceeding with chargeable work.
Quotes and approval
Quotes are stored against your repair. You approve or decline them in the customer portal. Approval is recorded with a timestamp.
Payments and invoices
Invoices are generated from the approved repair information. Card payments use Stripe when configured. We do not store card numbers.
Warranty records
Completed repairs may have a warranty period, start date, expiry date and terms stored against the job. Default duration is configurable by the workshop.
